Dr Omar is the best! Very thorough and full of knowledge. He is extremely patient with my Autistic son, awesome during pregnancy and with babies and speaks directly to my older kids, making them feel comfortable and as though they have a choice in their treatment. Highly recommend him for the whole family.
Receptionist wasn't helpful , extremely rude and unkind . Doesn't understand the fact that the receptionist can be kind and still be in her professional service. Not too many people were there when I went , couldn't see any kind of pressure not to help . people sitting on reception are first line of professionals whom a visitor had to pass through and wait there for a while until doctor calls ,It should be positive and pleasant place to sit, on top there are other visitors sitting present ,who are witnessing the rude behaviour ,not good for them as well. Hope they look into it and make better place for visitors

Best medical centre I have visited. Friendly Receptionist and very helpful. Walked in with no appointment and she was kind enough to let my 5 year old daughter see a doctor.
Also, Dr Amil is an amazing doctor. He is very good and very smart and explains everything properly.
Whilst sitting and waiting to see a doctor all you see is smiles and laughter from the Receptionist which makes you feel so welcoming and comfortable.
First time coming today with my daughter - as my doctor is closed for Christmas. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and doctor was great. Considering I didn't have an appointment, we were seen very quickly. May just change doctors permanently.
The dr I see is always very lovely and thorough, but be prepared to wait up to 45mins after your appt time to be seen.
I have been to Carnes Drs 3-4 times either for my children or myself and have never been seen on time.
Carnes Hill Doctors are very accommodating and were able to get me in earlier than my appointment time. Waiting time was minimal. Clinic is clean. Dr. Abdallah was attentive and personable. We will be switching family clinics.
Dr Mohammed Abdallah is a very good listener and a very thorough doctor who acts on your concerns. I always feel he truly cares and gives you peace of mind in regards to what you may be concerned about.
After a wonderful phone call with the receptionist who was lovely to talk with and so helpful as I was struggling to find a doctor open just after new years, she put me down as a walk in as all appointments were filled and I only waited under an hour and was seen to by a lovely doctor who was thorough and very kind with my unwell son.
He explained the medicine with me and made sure I understood everything I had to would return to this doctors 100%
